Modified version of BronSolo2323's release which breathes atmosphere into the Lucky 38

TO FIX OVERSATURATED ROOMS, OPEN THE ESP WITH FNVEDIT AND DELETE ALL IMAGE MODIFIERS
Version 1.2.1: Better roads for strip open users.
Version 1.2: Filled missing void where Gomorrah roof should have been. Improved aesthetics.
Version 1.1: Added all the new scenery and lighting from the new main version, opened up a window, concealed visual errors.
Ever since I saw the old suite overhauls which added real windows I knew the vanilla suites were severely lacking. Only problem is those old overhauls are so over the top and ridiculous who would want to use those? Well good thing we have bronsolo2323 (original) cause he implemented the feature in a tasteful + innovative way. I just needed to make a few small changes for myself. Changes are:
- Added curtains
- Removed clipping and moved strange item placement
- Removed side room windows, they dont make sense dimensionally and had no scenery. also clipped
- Fixed odd looking reflections due to env mapping on window ledges
- Strip open version
- Other minor visual improvements
Install separately from original - this is standalone
