this mod will solve that.
Two files exist in downloads: LITE and NOT-LITE.
LITE: Same image size as vanilla FNV (512x512). Should be identical performance to vanilla.
NOT-LITE: Increased image size (2048x2048) to enhance visuals of sun. Unlikely to see any drop in performance, but mileage may vary.
Compatibility
Generally compatible with 99.99% of mods.
Main files will not overwrite some weather mods like Realistic Wasteland Lighting and Nevada Skies. These mods already contain a fix for the sky grain issue. If your sky grain persists when using RWL or Nevada Skies, try the patched optional files in the download section.
TTW compatibility unknown as I do not use TTW.
