DESCRIPTION
After making my Torsion Crossbow and in the process discovering the Rotation function for projectiles, I wanted to make something that would shoot flat discs so I could try rotating the projectile around the Z axis and also use the reloading animation from the .22 SMG, whose top-feeding helical pan magazine conveniently also happens to be a flat disc. Saw blades seemed like the natural choice here, harkening back to Half-Life 2's Ravenholm chapter, and for the super old-school gamers out there, the Spinfusor from Tribes 2.

I started with the skeleton stock from the base game Sniper Rifle mesh and added the magazine from the 12.7mm SMG (enlarged), along with the tines from the front fork of the Tesla Cannon. I also used the handguard from the Assault Carbine, part of the receiver from the Bozar, the trigger and trigger guard from the 25mm Grenade APW, and the sight rail from the Laser RCW. Lastly, I decorated the front tines with some pieces from the Tesla coil.

Gameplay-wise, this weapon does a massive amount of limb damage and should have no problem dismembering enemies. It can be modded with the 9mm Pistol Scope and the Plasma Rifle Magnetic Accelerator. I've also added the weapon to all the appropriate form lists, so that all perks and challenges that affect ranged weapons will work as expected.

In addition to being found in loot drops and vendor inventories, the saw blade ammunition can be crafted at any workbench with a Repair skill of 25 or higher, using a piece of Scrap Metal. One piece of Scrap Metal will yield three saw blades. Saw blades can also be recovered from killed enemies.

LOCATION
The weapon can be purchased from the Gun Runners and other vendors across the Wasteland, or found in random loot drops. Of course, if you're feeling lazy, you can always use the following console command (Substitute ## with the Mod Index of the plugin in your load order):

player.AddItem ##000ADE 1;Gives 1 SlingRazor
player.AddItem ##000ADF 10;Gives 10 Saw Blades

The Mod Index is a two-character hexadecimal code, with a value between 00 and FF, that can be found using a mod manager. It should be listed somewhere beside the name of the plugin. After finding the Mod Index, open the console in game using the tilde (~) key, and type Player.AddItem <FormID> 1

INSTALLATION
Extract all the files in the archive to your New Vegas data folder (which is the same folder where FalloutNV.esm is located) and then enable the ESP either in your mod manager of choice, or under "Data Files" in the launcher that runs when you start up New Vegas.
