DESCRIPTION
This weapon was inspired by the Russian Kalashnikov-pattern Saiga family of semi-automatic shotguns, specifically the shortened, tactical 'K' series.

I started with the legacy-content Chinese Assault Rifle mesh and removed the barrel, rear sight, handguard, stock and pistol grip before enlarging the charging handle. I then added the stock and handguard from the base game Light Machine Gun, the grip from the C-4 Detonator, the rail from the Laser RCW and the barrel and muzzle brake from the Bozar. I topped this all off with the front sight post of the Assault Carbine and the glowing night sights from the 9mm Pistol.

Gameplay-wise, these weapons are very similar to the Hunting Shotgun and Caravan Shotgun, with the same respective spread and damage, but feeding from detachable box magazines. The 12 Ga. version holds 8 rounds and the 20 Ga. version holds 10. Both weapons can be modded with the Hunting Shotgun Choke to reduce spread. I've also added the weapon to all the appropriate form lists, so that all perks and challenges that affect shotguns (i.e. Shotgun Surgeon, And Stay Back) will work as expected.

LOCATION
The weapon can be purchased from the Gun Runners and various other vendors around the Wasteland, or found in random loot drops. Of course, if you're feeling lazy, you can always use the following console commands (Substitute ## with the number of the mod in your load order):

player.AddItem ##000ADE 1 ;Gives 1 12 Ga. Tactical Shotgun
player.AddItem ##000ADF 1 ;Gives 1 20 Ga. Tactical Shotgun

INSTALLATION
Extract all the files in the archive to your New Vegas data folder (which is the same folder where FalloutNV.esm is located) and then enable the ESP either in your mod manager of choice, or under "Data Files" in the launcher that runs when you start up New Vegas.
