FOREST HUT MOD for FALLOUT: NEW VEGAS

This mod adds in a small hut with some lore attatched to
it. Don't worry, this mod is very lore friendly, if you're a stickler for that
sort of thing. No quests, just a note and some terminal entries.

I wanted to make light switches for the interior and exterior, but
the script I tried is being denied by GECK. If anyone would like to
try and help me out it would be appreciated.
I need someone to help me figure out how to switch static light models to the "off" versions of themselves;
I also wanted to have navmeshes for companions but my PC is not generating
them correctly. If anyone would like to help it wouldn't go unappreciated.


The only faction tied to this home is the Player's faction.
Nearly everything of value inside is owned by the player.

Update Plans:
-Relocking mechanism as seen in Goodsprings Farmhouse mod
-Interior/Exterior light switches as seen in Goodsprings Farmhouse mod RELEASED! (fixing any visual issues now)
-Basement (for all your hoarding needs!) UNDER DEVELOPMENT
-BY 2.0: (OPTIONAL FILES) -Firewatch tower/Hunter's Hideaway (with bear traps surrounding it)  RELEASED!
-More woods-like animals (coyotes, mantis, cazadores) in surrounding area (Would be Optional)
-Pond/river nearby (Optional if requested)
-UNCONFIRMED: Waterfall?? (may make Honest Hearts a requirement) (Would be Optional)
-UNCONFIRMED: Use more Honest Hearts assets and make it a requirement
-Periodic NPCs like what is seen with the game's vanilla safehouses (Would serve as a guard for a day,
 every 3 days, won't talk to you)
-UNCONFIRMED: Sidequest focused on acquiring a unique Nifskope rifle (Would be Optional)
For the optional files, I will create merged patches for ones loosely related to eachother
(surrounding landscape overhauls, extra lore, NPC related)


Installation
Manual
Put .esp file in Data folder in your
FNV directory.
NMM
Click download with NMM, then enable the
mod in the program.

This mod doesn't have to go above a lot
in your load order; just stuff that might
change a lot about the Mt. Charleston area.

1. The look I was going for was old, habitable hut in the mountains. You
will have to go out foraging for food as there were no farms at Ranger Stations.


2. You can cook with the oven's frying pan; I still kept a campfire outside for
our outdoorsy players in the community!

3. Yes, this is inspired by the other
Forest Hut, which also improves upon the forest. Personally, I didn't like the
interior that was made for that mod, nor did I like that it changed a lot of other
things. I only changed stuff in the map
marker radius (trees, rocks). Think of this mod as a more humble version.

4. Taking suggestions for cosmetic changes and whatnot, or increased outback
functionality.
