This mod fixes the game-breaking bugged challenge that repeats endlessly and adds 150 xp with every headshot with energy weapons. It does so by brute force, simply by removing the challenge altogether. So, if you want to complete it, activate this mod afterward. If not, feel free to add it at any time throughout your playthrough (or remove it if you wish).
Requires only the base game - no DLC or NVSE required. Can be easily rolled into a merged patch or bashed patch - no need to add to your load order. Does not conflict with anything.
There is no other fix for this anywhere that I have found, including in YUP or Mission Mojave.
