Adds two new weapons to the wasteland. With these, you can make anything go out with a BIG OL' BANG! Weapon number one is the standard howitzer rifle. Issued on April 11th, 2076, the howitzer rifle was the answer to any armored vehicle the U.S. military might have come across. Very few men could fire it due to the shear amount of force it would deal to the shoulder. On September 3rd, 2077, the weapon was banned from military use, after being deemed "Unsafe". Recently it has been rumored that a rather dapper protectron has come across one, and has modified it.
