Adds an item which disables then re-enables the "Use Xbox 360 Controller" setting.
Can be activated by using the item in the player's inventory (under armor tab).
Activate item, press pause, wait, and you're done.

Description
Fixes a bug which occurs when running F:NV from the steam link.
The bug still shows keyboard shortcuts in menus and prevents you from using some common abilities such as dropping items.
This toggles "Use Xbox 360 Controller" setting when the user first opens their pause menu, fixing the bug.
How to Use
Can be reactivated by using the [ Steam Link Fix ] item in the player's inventory (under armor tab)
