I didn't like collecting all the prewar books in a cell only to convert them into blank books for no profit after I had crafted all the skill books. So I bumped the value of a blank book up from 1 to 5 so it wouldn't be wildly over powered but still netted a profit. One could argue that I should probably just ignore the clutter, but frankly I enjoy picking up everything that isn't bolted down. At least now I have a reason to.

All I did was change one value so it should be pretty compatible with everything, and it really should go without saying, but this requires Old World Blues.
