Story:
A year ago, a man named James McFey had a bunker built south of Novac, he was tired of threats from raiders and terrified of the monsters that roamed the wastes, and intellectual and inventive man, he spent his days in that bunker tinkering and studying Pre-War schematics, he was onto a big and revolutionary change when all of a sudden, nothing, James stopped coming out of his bunker one day and nobody ever questioned it, slowly, James' name faded from peoples minds, very few even remembered his bunker, but one day, the Courier, remembering talk of it, decided they needed a safe place to sleep and store valuables, so they set off, in search of the bunker.

What's Added:
A small-ish Playerhome south of Novac with backstory and a unique weapon, discover the life of James today!

Other Stuff:
1: Like previously stated, this is a mod that was first created in 2015, and i've fixed many of the bugs and gross stuff in this mod, but I'm not perfect, if you spot something that needs correcting, state it in the comments.
2: This was my way of introducing a playerhome and weapon mod I made last year for Fallout 3 into New Vegas, in my own semi-immersive way.
3: Some meshes and textures will be sitting in the Mod File, not being used in game, those were just experiments from the 2015 version and should be ignored.

Known Bugs:
Vanilla or Modded, the bolt on the rifle does not pull back on reload or firing, this is something I do not know how to fix but it is easily ignored.
