its a simple retexure with tattos on the breeze mod its also adds a texture to all the npc to (males only) but i dont know how to add it to only my character (write in comments how to if you want) i think its pretty well done ( it doesnt look bad in 1fp) so i think for a first timers mod its good have a good time in vegas my friend !
