Hello everybody! This is a quick mod that adds an obtainable player home with safe storage and crafting stations, a voiced NPC, and some assorted stuff that I've made as requests. Please read on for more info.
The file requires no DLC, so it should be safe for everybody to use. Still, you should always make a backup save before installing ANY mod, in case something goes wrong.
>WHAT
As of this first release, the items available are listed below. All have icons and world models.
- Spiked bracelets that hide the wrist seams, from the request by Gaming4lif3.
- Vexillarius helmet wearing a crown, and separate wearable crowns, from the request by Link Magnus Lupus.
- A conversion of Harley Quinn's Bat by Yogensia, renamed "Good Night".
- Blindfold, from the request by StealthDick.
- v1.1: Deathclaw Teeth Hat I made for my own game and wanted to share. I did, indeed, shamelessly take the idea from the Sniper from TF2. Doesn't have any fancy effects or anything, though. World model included.
- v1.2: Two Legion berets, black and desert camo, from the request by Ruskiyvix, and an NCR hat requested by Robotican. World model included.
These can be obtained at the Republic of Clissold near Goodsprings. When you get there, just talk to Clissold, and things will move on from there.
I'll probably update this in the future if there are more requests that I may fulfill. If you need anything in particular just let me know. I may do it as long as you ask nicely. Before using this in your own mods, make sure to ask the resource authors for their permission. Everything can be found in the PERMS tab, and if it isn't there, it means I made it myself and you can use it freely with credit.
>WHERE
In Goodsprings, somewher behind Doc Mitchell's home. Check the pictures for the exact location of the map marker.
>HOW
To install, extract the contents of your downloaded file to your "Steam/SteamApps/Common/Fallout New Vegas/Data" folder. Then activate the mod through your preferred launcher by ticking the checkbox next to the esp. Or you can use your mod manager of choice to download the mod automatically. To uninstall, simply delete the files from your Data folder, and you're good to go. Have fun!
