Hello everybody! This is a quick mod that adds 33 36 50 63 new neck seam concealer necklaces, based on the lovely model by dragbody. Available for both males and females.

The file requires no DLC, so it should be safe for everybody to use. Still, you should always make a backup save before installing ANY mod, in case something goes wrong.


>WHAT
Some necklaces designed to hide the ugly seam around the neck. The decorations use vanilla textures - only the necklace itself and the small Nuka cap by zzjay are custom. Besides a bunch of new ones I put together, I'm including female-compatible versions of dragbody's necklaces (except for the gear, as I have a different one here) for the sake of completion-ism.

I tested with the vanilla male bodies and female Type 3, but hopefully they'll work as intended with other setups. Some clipping is to be expected depending on your fashion choices, but if you spot anything extremely horrible, let me know so I can take a look.

Please note that the beer cap UV map is designed to match the vanilla beer bottle texture. If you use a retexture it may look a bit lopsided. You can use NifSkope to adjust the UV map and make it fit. A handy tutorial is available here.

These can be found in a sack that, when activated, can be opened or forced to respawn manually. There are 5 of each in the sack, but if you find yourself needing more, you have the option there. Wowza!

Please note that the Nuka Quantum Cap necklace was made to match the Quantum retexture available at Nuka-Cola Hi-Res Retexture by 6IX. The default cap is plain metal and does not have any text on it. So, this necklace may look different depending on your visual setup.

The Vault Gear necklace uses the Vault 101 texture by default, but it is compatible with the resource here so you can make your own.
 
Feel free to use these in follower mods or whatnot with credit and a link to this page - these are mostly a modder's resource. I was just getting a bit bored of having to use the same neck seam concealers all the time.

>HOW
To install, extract the contents of your downloaded file to your "Steam/SteamApps/Common/Fallout New Vegas/Data" folder. Then activate the mod through your preferred launcher by ticking the checkbox next to the esp. Or you can use your mod manager of choice to download the mod automatically. To uninstall, simply delete the files from your Data folder, and you're good to go. Have fun!
