Just north of the red gate is an old pre war observation deck, (almost) untouched by radiation, factions, and wildlife. Just 'remove' the previous owner, and the place is yours. just remember to press the elevator call button if you want to go up. there is an organized sorting system, with different containers placed throughout the observation deck. it has features such as:
- A master bedroom
- An office
- A cafeteria/kitchen dining area
- Multiple bathrooms
- Small utility area
- Living room area
- Balcony
Update
In the new update there are minor changes. Most importantly the observation deck now really has a view. the bar is upgraded with an overhead closet. The outside has also been altered. if you had installed the previous version, get all the stored items from the containers, leave the house and update.
