This is a quick conversion of the original Claw Companion mod from Fallout 3 by Loxy38, you will need to download the original file and place the meshes and textures in their appropriate destinations in your New Vegas data folder. 

As with all TTW mods you will need; Fallout New Vegas, Dead Money, Honest Hearts, Old World Blues, Gun Runners Arsenal, Fallout 3, Operation Anchorage, The Pitt, Broken Steel, Point Lookout, Mothership Zeta, and Tale of Two Wastelands in that specific order for this mod to work otherwise it will most likely CTD upon start up.
