This mod is hidden because I consider it as a prototype for my ideas and it's not fully realized. You can still download it's files (marked with a [LEGACY] tag) under the optional files section of my newest mod - Stun (https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/71735).
Stun may be considered a continuation of my ideas and should be used instead.
