Makes the companions in the Dead Money DLC a little less likely to get killed. Useful for those using difficulty mods such as Project Nevada.

I got tired of Dean and Christine getting killed every 5 seconds when playing Dead Money at Very Hard difficulty with default Project Nevada values. There are other mods out there that make them essential, but I wanted something more balanced, basically just making these companions more on par with the vanilla companions in the Mojave. This is my first attempt and so far it seems to work well. They aren't over-powered and you still have to take care to protect them to avoid your own collar going off, but at least they are less likely to rush recklessly at enemies and have a chance to survive more than one hit from one of the ghost people. Because this is balanced, it should be useful for those not using difficulty mods as well. For now, the changes are very minor (see the readme). I am doing some more testing to see if additional alterations are needed, but I will not make this into a cheat mod (there are already several of those out there).
