I always thought the Powder Gangers kinda sucked. This mod gives them a bit more of a presence. I've added more camps and a few more building to areas I thought needed some attention. As wells as some small conflicts between the PGs and NCR.

-Changes Armor and weapons for most powder gangers but adding new items to the level lists
-Adds a few building in and around the NCRCF with loot and people to kill

This is a Work in progress. I'm still working on adding more content and possibly a quest of two. If you have any suggestions let me know I appreciate any feedback. 

I tried to make this as compatible with other mods as I can. Right now I don't know of anything this will conflict with, but if you find something let me know.
