Hello everybody! This is a small mod that adds a brand-new mall with several services to the Strip, many new consumables and clutter, and more! Located right next to Vault 21, the mod is fully voiced, requires no DLC and has been cleaned with FNVEDIT

As always, you should always make a backup save before installing ANY mod, in case something goes wrong.

Welcome to Iguazu Shopping Center, a fancy, spankin' new mall with services available 24/7. Drop by anytime!

There are plenty of things to do here. Besides the good ole shops, you can enjoy a refreshing Royal Turkey Cocktail, try your luck at getting some perfectly-preserved Perfectly Preserved Pie from the Port-A-Diner, play Lucky Lottery for a chance of winning a small prize, buy random snacks and drinks from the classic Pick 'n Joy Vending Machine, use the animated showers in the restroom, buy Girl Scout cookies (just keep it on the down low) and toss a cap into the fountain for a small luck boost. Fun for the whole family!

A list of the shops available is below.

- Rainbow Casino: A small casino hidden away under the stairs. Fully functional, with Roulette, Slots, Blackjack, Caravan and even some simple Craps. Emma, the manager, exchanges caps for chips, sells drinks and keeps an eye out to make sure you behave. If you're not the kind to use caps, an automatic currency exchange machine is available near the entrance.

- Rita's Cafe and Todd's Meatspin: Melanie and Todd have a friendly competition going. She sells some delicious pies that boost different stats, while he sells tasty junk food and snacks. Bon appetit!

- Le Putte Rio: The local brothel, where you can enjoy a special someone's company, and maybe buy yourself a toy or two. You may also rent the bed to sleep on your own, but why would you want to do that?

- Ornery Deathclaw Gym & Fitness:  Rusev here sells plenty of supplements and chems to make you STRONG!! Several gym machines here can be used to work out and boost your stats, as long as you pay for a gym membership card first.

- Lientur's Medical Clinic: Poisoned? Crippled? Irradiated? The doc is in. He'll heal you up for a price, and sell some interesting Commonwealth imports. Just don't complain about the smoke.

- Fresia's Fashions: If you need a change of style, Fresia is happy to help! Clothes and hairdos are available here. But keep in mind that you may have to get yourself a bit of radaway afterwards. Maybe she'll be feeling generous...

- Lucky Star Souvenirs: Help save Rhett and his family from starving to death! With a girlfriend, a baby, and another one on the way, he'll be more than happy to sell all kinds of little trinkets to remember your visit to the Strip. Mugs, postcards, toys and books!

- Dick's Forge: Repair your equipment, buy weapons and armor, and check out some snazzy new swords! Just make sure you don't stick your hand into the grinder. Bad things may happen.

And, last but not least, Lefroy's Room has a bar, a vanilla coffee machine dispenser, chocolate chip cookies and a special slots machine that takes several types of currency in exchange for caps. Of course, you'll have to earn permission to enter his room first! His terminal will show a new message with Lefroy's thoughts every day, as well as options to enable and disable Fresia's radiation inhibitor (Glowing Ones are radioactive, after all!) and manually reset the inventory of all merchants, for whatever reason.

Some job opportunities will be available later on. Just ask around! Mostly courier-like tasks such as delivering post, advertising and handing out flyers. Easy caps for honest work.

As this was something I made for myself, I WILL NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES. I will not add to it or subtract from it. I will not convert the mod to FO3 either. This is offered as-is. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH. EDIT THE MOD YOURSELF IF YOU WANT TO ADD/SUBSTRACT MORE!

Some of the cells in the mod are rather demanding and weak computers will strain. I spent ridiculous amounts of time downscaling and optimizing textures, balancing the amount of clutter, and placing lights that would keep the mod playable without straying too far from MUH CREATIVE VISION, as I play on a laptop that is definitively not the best. But, if you are playing on a Compaq Presario from the 90's, then you will probably take a performance hit. This is most evident in the main lounge. You've been warned.

This mod uses Imagespace Modifiers for fade-to-black scenes and some other effects. If you use an ENB these will not work as intended. You've been warned with this warning I just gave you. Feel free to give Tomm's IMOD Emulator a try!

All containers in the mod will respawn, so do not store important things in there unless you're feeling daring. If an NPC is missing, a special bell or timer will usually be found near their usual location, which you can activate to bring them back.

The mod features a fancy section with a voiced playable character, which I hope you will enjoy.

The game did crash for me once when playing Lucky Lottery but I think that was because I activated it too often. Take a moment between attempts so the game has time to catch its breath.

And about general compatibility, as the mod is an .esm, there should not be any problems with mods you may have that make changes to the Strip worldspace. If you find any conflicts, please let me know so I can list them here.

I don't even remember. I've been working on this for over 5 months now... But I've been sick, unsurprisingly, and since I can't afford treatment for my ills I stay home and make mods that I love to share with you all. I really hope you'll enjoy the mod! I won't deny that it got infuriating and frustrating, but the satisfaction of being done and offering it to you all makes it all worth it in the end <3

Scenic New Vegas Strip, right next to Vault 21. There is no map marker, sorry.

To install, extract the contents of your downloaded file to your "Steam/SteamApps/Common/Fallout New Vegas/Data" folder. Then activate the mod through your preferred launcher by ticking the checkbox next to the esp. Or you can use your mod manager of choice to download the mod automatically. To uninstall, simply delete the files from your Data folder, and you're good to go. Have fun!

- I hate [thing] and [thing] and [thing]! You should have done [thing] and [thing] instead! And while you're at it remove [thing] and [thing] and add [thing] and [thing]! And [thing] is NOT LORE FRIENDLY! FIX THIS!
- This isn't a restaurant. If you don't like something, use the console to disable it, remove it with the GECK or FNVEDIT, or sell it off. I am done with the mod and won't be making any changes. In other words...

- I used the console to [do thing you're not supposed to do] and saw [thing you're not supposed to see]! FIX IT!
- Go away...

- The new textures are too low res and ugly! I cannot stand this!
- I downscaled a lot of textures to help reduce the file size, but when it comes to upscaling textures, I am at a loss because I am no good at texturing, so what you see is what you get. In other words...

- How do I enter Lefroy's room?
- Talk to the guard outside. There are a bunch of different ways to proceed. Choose whichever.

- The voice acting is dreadful! What a bunch of amateurs! Redo the voice roles now!
- I fully stand by my voice actors, who are not amateurs at all - 90% of them are actual professionals. But, if you have a complaint about them and desperately need to PM someone about it, send the complaints to me. Afterwards, please find MORE professional voice actors willing to do all of this, re-record everything, do the lip-sync, correct the subtitles if needed, upload it to the Nexus and send me a link so I can check it out and link it here on the mod page. Until then...

- Why is the download so freakin' big?! I can't be bothered, it's gonna take me ages!
- There are many, MANY unique assets in the mod that were required to achieve the look I was going for. There's also LOADS of voice files for dialogue, sounds and music. In other words...

- I'm lagging all over the place! Help!
- I tested this mod on a heavily modded setup, on a mid-range gaming laptop. The main area is a bit demanding because of all the clutter, but it shouldn't be too bad. If you're playing on a coal-powered machine, you will definitively have some performance loss. Feel free to open the mod in the GECK and remove some decor if you want.

- I heard something about some jobs available at Iguazu?
- Yes. After you do the event with the voiced character the opton will be available through Lefroy's dialogue.

- HOW DO I DO THE VOICED CHARACTER THING
- Observe Lefroy's trophy/souvenir collection and then talk to him.

- THE VOICE DOES NOT MATCH MY GENDER
- This is intentional. Did you even go into third person to look at yourself?

- I hate stuff being static! I wanna pick things up!
- I don't like knocking things around all the time, and Fallout 3 has plenty of clutter everywhere already. In other words...

- Is this compatible with [mod]?
- Dunno. I don't use any mods that edit the Strip because it lags like hell for me, so I didn't really test. If you're using The Strip Open and have an invisible wall blocking access to the mall, use the version of the mod that adds a switch to disable it. Besides that, if you find any other conflicts, please let me know so I can list them here.

- Can I use some of these files on my own mod?
- It depends on what you want to use. If you check the permissions and credits tab you'll see a bunch of things I'm using are already modder's resources, so just look around there. I have exclusive permissions for several resources, though, so check carefully before just picking whatever from my mod. PM me if you're not sure who to credit. I made a bunch of the new meshes, however, and those are fair game. They are available here.

- How come the mod looks different in my game than your screenshots?
- I am using several retextures in my own game and a custom SweetFX preset, so results may vary.

- The mod is awful/glitchy/buggy/etc. I am going to uninstall it and I must let everybody know!
- Sad to see you go~

- The mod sucks!
- So does a vaccuum cleaner
