Replaces all the boomers with enclave npcs, they use the boomers npc packaging so they all look like they are doing stuff, this completely removes the boomers btw so gamebreaking for days. But i intend to make the npcs a good fight, giving them the best ai and kitting them out in end game equipment so it's like a end-game dungeon of sorts, but while making it look the part
