You need to "Hire" kevin after you complete his quest.

The quest starts on Black mountain.

Make sure to bring some AP and HP bullets.

If your unable to defeat the guardian you can always use a flare gun on it.

Make sure that kevin is your companion during this mod as dismissing him early on can cause problems.

Lastley this mod requires the DLC DeadMoney, LonesomeRoad and HonestHearts.
