With this mod, you can repair all in-game photographic cameras using a workbench and restore them to working conditions.
Take screenshots,use camera mode, take screenshots in dialog, terminals or vats. Screenshots are saved in your new vegas folder. (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout New Vegas) It requires NVSE.

-Version2.0 corrects some old issues.

Updating.
To make the update, erase the old file and install the new one. It is recommended to breakdown your camera in a workbench or it will disappear! (And you will need to create a new Merge!)

ThreeVersions.
Now there are there main versions, a normal but updated one (required for new patches), a hidden crosshair (might have incapability issues) and another hidden crosshair compatible with project Nevada dynamic crosshair and DFB Dynamic Crosshair.

Cameraallowed in casinos.
A patch that modifies some scripts to make this weapon allowed inside the casinos (Binoculars as well), this is not incorporated to make the mod as compatible as possible, however only mods that affect the casinos script could cause problem and I don’t think it’s very likely.

New CoitoErgoSum patch.
There is nochanges, only this one will work on the new version.


What it does?
This mod adds a new weapon to the game, the 35mm Codac, this weapon will take screenshots when fired, and this weapon can also enter CAMERA MODE, a mode that will make your screenshots HUD clean. Also you can take screenshots during dialog, inside terminals and when you are in a VATS cutscene (this last three options doesn’t need you to have the camera equipped). This is useful if your keyboard doesn’t have the ImpressPant Key or you play with Xpadder. Get the Camera.
To get this item all you need is to have a normal camera item (junk item) and use the recipe at any workbench.

CAMERA MODE.
To enter CAMERA MODE all you need to do is press the aim/block key (right click or alt by default), this mode will disable your movement controls, you can control your camera like normal, but you will stand still and your HUD will be hidden. To exit CAMERA MODE press the aim/block key again.

Dialog / Terminals/ Message box /Vats screenshot.
This will need you to have a 35mm Codac in your inventory,when you are in any of these three options (Dialog, Terminals, Vats cutscene) you can press the reloading key (R by default) and the screenshot will be taken, you will hear a confirmation sound once you exit the menu (exept the VATS scene, that will be automatic).

Monochromatic mode (standalone file)
Now the Camera can enter a black and White mode (by request), to enter this mode, all you need to do is take your camera out, or be in camera mode, and press the ammo swap key (2 by default), to exit press the key again. Sadly this won’t work with ENB, this is the reason why it is not the main file.

Coito ErgoSum Patch (Adult Mod)

A patch for “Coito Ergo Sum” so the cameras in that mod can take pictures. There are 4 files inside:

WC-CES full patch: All the cameras in the Coito Ergo Sum will fully work, they can enter camera mode.
WC-CES patch: Only the 35mm Codac can enter camera mode, the other cameras will respect the original use, the overlay for example, but they will still save your screenshot.
WC-CES monochrome full patch: All the cameras in the Coito Ergo Sum will fully work, they can enter camera mode and black and white mode (need the monochromatic file).
WC-CES monochrome patch: Only the 35mm Codac canenter camera mode or black and white mode, the other cameras will respect the original use, the overlay for example, but they will still save your screenshot (need the monochromatic file).


Why?
I always like the idea of having a in game camera, I liked it when I play games like Metal Gear Solid or The Legend of Zelda, is always fun to have this kind of item. This is also good if, like I already said, your keyboard doesn’t have the Impress Pant Key or you play with a controller or Xpadder.

Requirements and suggestions.
This ONLY requires NVSE ( http://nvse.silverlock.org/ ).

This is a holdout weapon, it won’t be taken away at the casinos, I recommend a merge patch so this does not overwrite other mods list, this is recommended for almost every mod ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yq-fqpL5LqE ).

I also recommend the Xpadder, for all those who enjoy playing with a controller, it is (at least for me) the most reliable of the Controller options, any mod and other games will always be compatible and highly configurable. I will upload a mod I made that helps a lot with Xpadder, to get Xpadder, just search the name.

Install.
I recommend the use of a mod manager. If not you need to extract and drop in the Data folder (inside your new vegas folder.) and combine when asked.
