Blue Party Hat by Relstin (formerly GoliathUnit13074) for Fallout New Vegas
INFO:
This mod adds a unique party hat somewhere in the Mojave. But what makes this different from a plain old party hat? Well for starters, IT'S BLUE. And you'll be the envy of the party! This also provides +1 to Charisma and Luck. THIS DOES NOT REPLACE THE NORMAL PARTY HAT.
- New in Version 1.2 - An optional file that gives the party hat +5 DT as well as the usual buffs. Because it's magical or something.
LOCATION:
It's an extremely rare item and could be anywhere in the Mojave... and *ahem* totally not on a dead mercenary in the Allied Technologies Offices...
INSTALLATION:
Extract the files to your /Fallout New Vegas/Data folder and activate the "Blue Party Hat.esp" file.
UNINSTALLATION:
Deactivate the "Blue Party Hat.esp" and delete it as well as the other files included.
OTHER NOTES:
- At the moment, I will not be making more unique party hats in different colors.
- Depending on what hair you have, the party hat may either clip through it a bit, or replace it with a vanilla style. As far as I can tell, hairs that are BSA packaged get replaced. All other custom hairstyles seem to be okay.
- DO NOT REDISTRIBUTE THIS TO ANY SITE OUTSIDE OF NEXUS MODS WITHOUT MY CONSENT FIRST!
- If you experience any problems/bugs pertaining to this mod, let me know and I will try to fix it.
