This is my first attempt at modding. Like so many others I opted for a player house being one of the easier things to do.
The basic idea for this house is survival. It is basically a redesign of Doc Mitchel's house and is located just outside of Novac on the road to Repcon. Alot of ideas come from the modern day preppers. Guns, food, med supplies, ect,.
Features a workshop with crafting and reloading bench. Added favored prepper guns Marksman Carbine(looks like an AR 15 to me), .45 semiauto pistols, and a hunting shotgun. Mostly added for looks but I added a copy of the weapons to the dresser in the bedroom so you don't have to take them. Shelves loaded with ammo(added 150 rounds each in the ammo can again so you don't have to loot the shelves), food, and medical supplies. A recreation room because in a survival situation your gonna need to let off steam. Added alot of Nuka Cola stuff to the house especially the kitchen. Cleaned up the bedroom so it looks better. Outside we have a Brahmin pen with 3 Brahmin and in the back yard there is a garden that can be harvested.
Again not everything is perfect it's just something I made mostly for myself. Took me about 3 days off and on because I learned how to use the G.E.C.K. making this mod. I will probably update this mod later when I learn how to make npcs and quest because I wanna make a quest where you rescue and orphan and they come and live with you.
