Adds a luck based (1-10%) chance for a parking meter to give you 1 Pre-War money. I was sick of seeing all these activators sitting around car parks in DC doing nothing so I added a little something. After all, there's bound to be some change left over from parking fees two centuries ago. :P

It shouldn't be massively OP at all. In fact, it's probably a bit weak. :P

Alrighty guys, this is the first mod I've made (I've made 100's of mods, I just can't upload them because my net runs at 5kb/s) that I've actually edited a script to make. I know how to script, I just haven't gotten GECK to work for me until now. :P
Anyway, the point of that story was - I don't know if it'll work entirely, so let me know. :P

This does require Tale of Two Wastelands. Google it if you don't know what it is. I've been playing New Vegas for years and I haven't found a single parking meter there, so please don't ask for a New Vegas only version.

As of v1.1, It doesn't actually have TTW as a master, only FalloutNV.esm. However, it's still useless without it unless you have a different mod that adds parking meters. (Apparently, pre-war parking in Vegas was free. What a world to live in, huh?)
