Hey guys! I just recently started using Geck to create things, and I figured that after a companion (Who I may upload) The next thing I wanted to make was a player home/hideout/bunker/whatever to use when playing Dust. This is my first mod, really. (First was an NCCS companion, so not really my mod.) So don't judge it too harshly.

DESCRIPTION: 

This mod adds a small underground bunker to the South East of Nipton, inside the blocked off train tunnel. Inside the bunker is:
-Reloading Bench
-Workbench
-Gun Cabinet
-Armor Cabinet
-Aid Cabinet
-Ammunition Boxes
-Couch
-Chess
-Cots (2x)
-Broken Terminal
-And much more! ^.^

This mod uses only vanilla content, so to install, simply place the included .esp in your Fallout New vegas/Data folder and enable using the FOMM.
