-Added weapon mods. -Weapon and mods can be bought from the Van Graffs.
-Repair list updated. Can now be repaired with plasma rifles.
-Removed the "marksman" variant.
-Fiends carrying the weapon now drop drained electron charge packs as usual.
-Weapon carried by fiends now drops in slightly lower condition.
-Made a couple of very small tweaks to the weapon model.
-Added a "test box" with the weapon and mods behind the goodsprings gas station. This is mainly for anyone who has a save where Gloria Van Graff is dead or just wants to get the weapon quickly for testing purposes.
Update 4/16/2016: A new file has been uploaded which adds weapon mods and fixes a few very minor issues (see the "changes"section for details). Also, I'd highly recommend using a clean save if you downloaded at some point prior to this update, just to be safe. Note: I also removed the "marksman" variant of the plasma carbine as I wasn't quite sure what to do with it in regards to weapon mods etc. I may re-add it in a another update later on. ---
Adds a new hybrid energy assault weapon to the game, the Plasma Carbine. It's essentially a mash-up of assault carbine and plasma rifle parts, and is capable of unleashing a full-auto stream of plasma bolts that can shred most unarmored or lightly-armored foes with ease. It comes with 3 modifications, a recycler (regenerates 1 in 4 ammo used), a high energy chamber (damage per shot +2), and an improved mag. accelerator (projectile speed +50%).
You can buy the weapon and mods at the Van Graffs in freeside. There's also 4 of them scattered throughout the wasteland in places such as the cap counterfeiting shack and REPCONN headquarters. In addition, some Fiends will occasionally use it.
The plasma carbine also benefits from the Plasma Spaz perk. It can also be repaired with plasma rifles as well as other plasma carbines.
(There is also a "test box" with the weapon and mods located behind the gas station in goodsprings, mainly intended for testing purposes and for people who have a save where Gloria Van Graff is dead)
