Hello everybody! This is a tiny fully-voiced mod for TTW that turns Grandma Sparkle's shack at Wilhelm's Wharf into a small food shop. It is fully voiced and navmeshed, has been cleaned with FNVEDIT, and needless to say, requires Tale of Two Wastelands and all DLC for FNV.


= WHAT =
A new food shop is available! Open all day -- bring your friends!

Wilhelm's Wharf Bar and Grill is run by Birby. He sells some varied foods and the occasional piece of clutter. The mod mostly assumes that Grandma Sparkle is alive and looking after him. A small speech challenge is available to find a li'l bit more.

Outside the bar you can buy food directly by activating the menus on the tables. Inside, you can find a usable cooking pot, a jukebox that will play music, a dispenser where you can fill empty whiskey bottles with water, a gumball machine and a rentable bed. Some new consumables are a handful of foods compatible with hardcore mode, two new drinks and colorful gumballs with a fancy and very immersive effect!

That's pretty much it. I always felt it was kind of a waste that it was just Grandma Sparkle in that awesome location by the water, and figured I could throw something together to fill up the spot. And that other cafe nearby could use some friendly competition! So, I'm sorry to say, I WILL NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES. I will not add to it or subtract from it. The mod is offered as-is.

= NOTES AND COMPATIBLITY =
All NPCs in the mod are essential and belong to a new faction that owns the bar. Grandma Sparkle is added to the faction through script to prevent conflicts.

I moved some furniture inside the bar so if you've visited it already things may be messed up. 

Needless to say, this mod won't be compatible with other mods that edit Grandma Sparkle's shack.


= HOW =
To install, extract the contents of your downloaded file to your "Steam/SteamApps/Common/Fallout New Vegas/Data" folder. Then activate the mod through your preferred launcher by ticking the checkbox next to the esp. Or you can use your mod manager of choice to download the mod automatically. To uninstall, simply delete the files from your Data folder, and you're good to go. Have fun!


= FAQ =

- I hate [thing] and [thing] and [thing]! You should have done [thing] and [thing] instead! And while you're at it remove [thing] and [thing] and add [thing] and [thing]! And [thing] is NOT LORE FRIENDLY! FIX THIS!
- This isn't a restaurant. If you don't like something, use the console to disable it, remove it with the GECK or FO3EDIT, or sell it off. I am done with the mod and won't be making any changes. In other words...

- The new textures are too low res and ugly! I cannot stand this!
- I downscaled a lot of textures to help reduce the file size, but when it comes to upscaling textures, I am at a loss because I am no good at texturing, so what you see is what you get. In other words...

- I'm lagging all over the place! Help!
- I tested this mod on a heavily modded setup, on a mid-range gaming laptop. The area is a bit demanding because it's all in the open, but it shouldn't be too bad. If you're playing on a coal-powered machine, you will definitively have some performance loss. Feel free to open the mod in the GECK and remove some decor if you want.

- I hate stuff being static! I wanna pick things up!
- I don't like knocking things around all the time, and Fallout 3 has plenty of clutter everywhere already. In other words...

- Is this compatible with [mod]?
- Dunno. I have no idea if there are other TTW mods that put stuff here. If you find any conflicts, please let me know so I can list them here.

- How come the mod looks different in my game than your screenshots?
- I am using several retextures in my own game, SweetFX and Cow Food - or - Yet Another Grass Mod, so results may vary.

- The mod is awful/glitchy/buggy/etc. I am going to uninstall it and I must let everybody know!
