Goodsprings Hideout

Hello everybody!
This mod adds a house for you to dump your pre-order bonusesat after leaving Doc Mitchell’s house. You can find it right behind the
prospector saloon.
 
Features:

• Indoor and outdoor gardening 
• 100% lore friendly environment that looksfallout-ish and doesn’t stand out too much
• A non-companion pet bighorner to hang out on thegarden with
•  Many containers to store you gear while keepingyourself organized
  

 Installation:
I highly recommend using the Nexus Mod Manager ( click "install with manager button" ) but if for some reason you wish to do it manually just extract, slam the .ESP file into your data folder and do the same with the "Textures" folder.

Requirements & Modder’s resources:
the mod DOES NOT require any separate downloads. Howeverjokerines misc resources were used. I didn’t use a lot of them so I added them
to the download rather than making you download the whole package.
So in other words: the mod doesn’t require anything
 
Conflicts:
This mod Will conflict with anything that modifies the houseright behind the prospector saloon. However I haven’t seen a mod that does
something to it so you’re pretty safe. ( as of V 1.00 the outside of the house
doesn’t change a lot so some mods with minor changes in the area should be fine )
 
Permission:
I would like to continue work on this project therefor it isn't allowed to publish a modified version of this mod JUST YET. When I reach
the point when I’ll no longer want to work on this it’ll be fine to publish a changed version of this mod. However, a link to this page must be provided and my user name
tl;dr – you can’t publish changed version of this mod yet, I’ll let you know when it’ll be allowed
