Adds a player home apartment in Freeside right next to Mick and Ralph's, based on the Broker Safehouse from GTA IV.

-A rather basic unmarked quest!

You can find the apartment in Freeside, right next to Mick and Ralph's. There's a note on the door from the previous owner, read it, complete the unmarked quest and the apartment is yours. The house was inspired by the Broker Safehouse from GTA IV, as the title implies.
Feedback is always appreciated. If you have any requests on things to add to the house, I might be able to provide them.
