I've always wondered why the troopers would want to go to the strip in their grimy battle fatigues they've probably been sleeping in for 5 days straight!! Now they can actually look good for once and bring the pride of the NCR with them!
Several troopers on the strip now wear Dress Uniforms and Garrison Caps. You want one, you're gonna have to take one off of them though.
