Removes the fading from the right side of the compass. Can also replace it with a few versions similar to vanilla that apply to both sides.

UPDATE: Added new version with an installer script. A few more optional versions - check the screenshot.
Removes the fading from the right side of the compass, so it looks ok for those that like to use it detached, with no frame and in other positions. It also features a few versions smaller or the same size as vanilla, but on both sides.
It just replaces one file: \textures\interface\hud\hud_compass_alphamap.dds
The compass icons (settlements etc.) don't respond to this, so they will fade as normal.
