This mod turned Victors "Unuseful" Shack into a now Upgrade-able Player Home.
(Uses SortoMatic.esm which is included :D)

Sort-O-Matic ( You can use the Storeroom as just a normal room, but if you know how to use the Sort-O-Matic then use it :D.
Two rooms ( Main Room, Storeroom )
Security ( Guard Dog, Roof Sniper, Two Turrets Outside )
A Upgrade Terminal ( Upgrades Main Room, Adds Security, Gives Access To Storeroom )
