This is another one of the DBZ themed mods I made like the Galick gun.  I just seen there were no Dbz mods for NV (or none I could find) so I thought id try and put some in,
they are just modified stat weaponry as Im still learning on the Geck.  So for what the SSJ (Super Saiyan) tape does, it basicly makes you able to punch things with the force of a SSJ......well living things anyway, so naturally a god weapon as if your a dbz fan you can imagine what would happen if the best character ever........Vegeta....(duh)..punched say, even the legendary deathclaw. So if you wanna hit things like a SSJ then DL and enjoy punching things inside other things, or just sending deathclaws into orbit.  Or idk give it to veronica since shes all into punching shit, sure she would love it.
P.S. Its in doc mitchells house in the room you start in on the floor...might be kinda hard to see, and make sure your companions don't step on and and send it across the room. Oh ya its boxing tape (wanted to make it close as using your fists as I could)
