Restores the music that originally played when walking through the tunnel to the Overseer's chamber, but was no longer heard because ogg file playback was broken or disabled in a patch.

I lowered the sound quality a bit as it seemed silly to have such large wav files for such short snippets of music.
Please leave any feedback if you feel I should have used higher quality. I personally can't tell the difference.

If it's all good, it will be included in the next release of YUP.
