This ENB preset is the successor to my Fallout 3 ENB preset (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/21429/). This preset was created in an attempt to create a more natural looking wasteland, and one I would enjoy looking at for extended periods of time. As this is the second time I have made an ENB preset, I ask that you message me with any problems, or leave a comment in the "Posts" section. 

REQUIREMENTS:
Fallout: New Vegas (Duh)
Enbseries 0.194

INSTALLATION:
Download the 0.194 binaries from here
Open the archive and place d3d9.dll, from the "wrapper" directory to your main Fallout: New Vegas directory
Download my ENB Preset
Extract all the files in the archive to your main Fallout 3 directory.
Remember to disable ALL antialiasing and Anisotropic filtering in the launcher before playing!

NOTE FOR TTW USERS

I have made this ENB for my own TTW playthrough, and, as such, made it fully compatible with Fallout 3's wasteland in terms of graphical beauty. However, I do recommend one change during your stay in the Capital Wasteland. I recommend that you go to the Enbseries menu (Shift+Enter in game) scroll down to LightingIntensityDay=25 and change 25 to zero. This will make the environment have the much more desirable Fallout 3 feel to it.
