This mod adds a new unarmed weapon to the game called the "Chainsaw Fist". The weapon is an edited (using a combination of 3DS Max and Nifskope) version of the Industrial Hand from the Lonesome Road DLC, with the circular saw blade replaced with a chainsaw blade. The weapon comes with one available mod (Carbide Teeth, which increase the damage output), and is fully integrated into the vendor lists of Cliff Briscoe, the Gunrunners Vendatron, and Knight Torres of the Brotherhood of Steel. The weapon is also added into the leveled list of the melee-using Brotherhood members, replacing the Supersledge as the weapon the highest level/tier Brotherhood members spawn with.

There is also a Unique version of the weapon, called "Chainz", which has increased damage and speed and a custom texture, and can be found wielded by a new unique fiend outside of Vault 3 called "Dusty Breaches".
