So I wanted to test out BSAopt and GIMP for my first time, and after a few minutes this is what I came up with.
The end result dds looked like a real mess, but when I put it into the GECK and looked at it in-game I thought it was pretty good.
The file called "Azrael Hockey Mask Retexture" comes with the texture dds and an esp, for an easy way to switch back to the original texture.
The file called "Azrael Hockey Mask Standalone" comes with the same texture dds, a new hockey mask mesh, provided by Jokerine, and an esp for the standalone mask.
There are two copies of the standalone mask in, one located in the couriers grave in Goodsprings, and one on an NPC under the bridge by Novac
That's it really, not the best, but its new.

Thanks to Jokerine for providing me with their modified hockey mask mesh, which solved a bug I had when trying to create the standalone.
