Summary
Adjust various elements of the JSawyer mod to make it more compatible with other mods, and fix the various outstanding issues with the mod.
Power armor is now treated properly, allowing mods which depend on the power armor flags on armor (Project Nevada) to work correctly. At the same time, the carry weight bonuses from JSawyer will still be applied with the correct perks.
DR is added to all appropriate armors throughout all of the patches. Values consistent with the original mod have been used; and all armors, including armors that were cut from New Vegas, have been given consistent stats. This will improve compatibility with mods like Equipment Restoration Project.
I have removed the tweaks that allowed power armor to carry its own weight with training. It was a poorly implemented solution that required extensive compatibility patching. You will still be able to equip power armor without training, however you will get nothing for getting power armor training.
Fixes from YUP have been forwarded into the mod where appropriate. This should make the mod far more compatible, without requiring too many additional patches.

Requirements & Compatibility
- The original JSawyer mod is required! This is not a replacer, just a plugin.
- The JSawyer - CE.esp must load after the jsawyer.esp, or your game will crash.
