This allows you to craft NCR Dogtags with scrap metal.
You have to find the schematic first though...

Are two-head bear people shooting at you, just for picking there pockets?

Okay serious mod description time.
So yea this is another quick and simple mod done by myself that I'm surprised nobody has done yet.
It adds a crafting schematic somewhere in the wasteland that lets you create NCR Dogtags out of scrap metal.
The schematics location is a secret but here is a hint.
It's where something else that was counterfeited was made.
Different versions are available depending on how hard or easy you want your experience to be.
See the readme.txt for additional hints, and the exact location of the schematic.

Why did I make this you ask?
I didn't want to kill NCR troopers, but I wanted the lucky shades inside the Caesar's Legion safehouse.
And Dogtags are just metal plates with numbers and letters on them.. No reason why they couldn't be faked.
