This mod makes it so if you crouch down and scope in. the crosshair will not shake around.

Installation
Manual:
Drag the data folder in the zip file into the folder that has FalloutNV.exe.

Automatic:
Import into the mod manager of your choice and activate.

Uninstallation
Manual:
Delete no scope wobble.esp from the Data folder.

Automatic:
Deactivate the mod in the mod manager of your choice.
