Inspired by this video. A simple mod that adds drill bit shotgun shells to the game. You will notice that they do 60% damage. This is because I set the projectile # to 14, double that of a normal shotgun. I did this to reflect that the drill bits would not fire straight out of the barrel, and might hit at an angle. I also added Wood Drill Bit Shells, which are meant to be like HP rounds, and Large Drill Bit Shells, which are meant to be like slug/AP rounds.
