Hello there Nexus! This file is a simple esp with some alterations to several leveled lists which were broken in Senterpat's original mod. Took it upon myself to fix the naked Talon mercs and some other issues, and after some dabbling with the esp in fnvedit, I managed to alleviate the problem. Seems like a few references in the leveled list were broken which meant that the armors referenced to would not show up in game. I edited this and now the problems seem to be gone.

I also changed the armor distribution of the Talon Company to make them look like a proper para military force. For instance, they now all wear helmets and the odds of them spawning with heavier armor are increased(not power armor though, that would be overpowered). This is my personal little twist, since in my mind it is just silly to venture into a wasteland turned warzone without proper protection.

The issues fixed are so far:
-Naked Talon mercs
-Raiders wearing tonnes of scrap metal
