This mod adds a new companion to the game, based on a character from Youtuber Al Chestbreach's review of the "Spider Modders Resource" modders' resource. The companion is a small (roughly bark scorpion-sized) spider with a pair of sunglasses named "Spider Bro". Spider Bro is a fully functioning vanilla-style companion, complete with a companion wheel and a unique perk with its own pip-boy icon. He can be found inside of the Abandoned Shack, in the scorpion-filled valley to the east of Goodsprings.

All credit for the mesh and animations for Spider Bro goes to lordzeus40 and those who helped him create the "Spider Modders Resource" mod.

All credit for the name/appearance of the character goes to Al Chestbreach.
