This mod adds a companion modeled after the American political pundit Bill O'Reilly to the game. He is voiced using clips of the real O'Reilly taken from a soundboard, so the dialogue is a little awkward and stilted, and the volume and tone are kind of all over the place. Bill comes with a stat-edited suit and handgun, and a nifskope-edited melee weapon that has its own pipboy icon. He also gives the player the perk "I Know My Rights", which gives a small increase to Speech and Guns, and also has its own unique pipboy icon.

Because of the way Bill is voiced, he does not have a companion quest, and most likely never will. :(

Bill can be found and hired at the NCR Embassy on the New Vegas Strip.
