About this mod

TTW Conversion from "Bonds Modern Springvale".

Requirements
Permissions and credits

I got permission from Bond123 to publish this conversion.

This is the original just adapted for Tale of Two Wastelands. You will need the original assets from Fallout 3 mod.

Patches for other Springvale mods are not yet converted but this is just a starter.

Installation: Download manually and Install the original from FO3 with your favorite mod manager (I use Mod Organizer), after replace or overwrite with this one.

Ofc you will need to have a proper installation of Tale of Two Wastelands running before this.

In my opinion this could be a much more involving mod with some twists - see comments area.

Check also some of my Ideas In the forum

NOTE: During the quest
Holy Water you want be able to access Holy Light Monastery with this mod installed - so better use it only or if you want to do that quest.

Suggestions are welcome!

Have fun!

Bellow is the original description from Bond123:

This is a content rich mod, though I could have added more to little actual effect. There is already far more content than can be described in a simple readme.
It has families, with children and teenagers, all with scheduled activities. You get a spacious house in Springvale, and a private railway car.
All homes in Springvale have interiors, though two of them are not occupied.
I have attempted to make this mod a lot to see and do and enjoy.
I have attempted to keep ai as simple as possible, however, it may require at least 24 game hours for it to all kick in and smooth out.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Since I have no idea exactly how many, or what type of mods have been made that effect Springvale, I will entertain suggestions.

There are a number of mods that effect Silvers house, and the abandoned house with no interior over by the school, so I have left them alone.
It is currently compatible with all the landscape mods.
This should have no effect on RRCompanion Vault.
This does not conflict with Bunsaki’s original. “Pseudo Animated Train” mod and resourse. You can have them both.
I have made esp versions for the following mods that make them compatible.

Minihideout
50er_Nostalgie
Wasteland Capes

In all cases the original file must be installed first, then over write with the new esp. Instructions are in the separate readme files.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> What this mod does.

It features a modern house, (previously posted and withdrawn). If you have that it should be disabled prior to enabling this mod.
It completely rebuilds Springvale.
It features Bunsaki's Pseudo Animated Train, with all new textures and complete interiors, including a private car with a balcony for watching the world go by up close and personal. This train is in a completely new station, which feature kiosks for a merchant, a repairman, and a Doctor. They all have dialogue and are currently functional.
The merchant will be able to buy and sell most things and have plenty of caps.
The repairman will offer to allow you to use his storage, and he can repair, for a hefty price, to 100 percent.
The Doctor functions as do all other Doctors…give you a cure if you have the caps.
The train consists of the engineer, a smoking section and passenger seating area, a bar/dining car/ and a private car. The windows are transparent and you can enjoy the movement of the train in real time.
There are two drink/food venders, one on the upper concourse, and one aboard train in the dining car. They sell, they do not buy, and they have dialogue.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

I have textured some clothes for the women and children.
There is a footlocker at the house swimming pool with a variety of male swimwear for male PC’s and their male companions. There is a lot of clothing suitable for females made by others that will suffice as swimwear for females. There was none for guys.
