A simple fix for the Sneak book in Sunstone Tower.

While most skill books in Fallout New Vegas are hassle-free to acquire, there are a few exceptions. The Explosives skill book (Duck and Cover!) in Dead Money comes to mind, at some point I grew tired trying to get it from out under the bed. A quick google search pointed me to a simple fix here on nexusmods.
Another skill book that is very difficult to get is the Chinese Army: Special Ops Training Manual in the Lonesome Road DLC. This is my simple fix where the book is moved to the floor instead of hiding in the bookshelf.
Required files:
None except the base game and the DLC needed to play Lonesome Road in the first place, so:
FalloutNV.esm
LonesomeRoad.esm
Installation:
Place the .esp file into your "data" folder for New Vegas.
