Mod Description
This is a very tiny mod which does very, very little. All I have done is renamed the Remnants Tesla Armor, ramped up its stats a bit, and placed it in-game. I also made limited modifications to an axe, if only to keep with the Woodsman motife. This entire thing is basically just a nod to the Fallout 2 random encounter where the player could find an Enclave soldier who had been rusted stuck in place. You could choose either to save him by oiling his joints, or leave him to his likely deserved fate. This in turn was a nod to the Tin Woodsman from The Wizard of Oz. Basically, I just thought it was funny, and made a mod to put him in the game. Only this time, there was no friendly Tribal to save him.

Stats
Tin Woodman's Armor: DT - 27, WG - 45; STR +1, Ener. Weap. +7, Rad. Resistance +30
Tin Woodman's Helmet: DT - 6, WG - 5; LCK -1, Rad. Resistance +10
Tin Woodsman's Axe: DAM - 42, DPS - 62, WG - 7

Location
You can find the unfortunate Woodsman near the Followers Outpost and Lake Las Vegas. Be a sport and go find it! Otherwise, check the download for the EXACT location in the SPOILER image.

Installation/Requirments
Requires Dead Money and Lonesome Road because I'm an idiot. It shouldn't actually need those DLCs, but it may in future. Just drag the files from the .zip file into your Fallout New Vegas Data folder, like most mods. I hope you enjoy this fun little easter egg!
