Discription and Backstory.
 
Mike was just a young man working for the Secret Service before the bombs droped. 
He was assigend to protect the president In his personal vault after the war had started.
The President wanted to find away to make his Agents stronger better and more protective than they would ever have been.
The scientest started expirimenting with the Agents.
All Experiments failed exept for one, The Cryo Genics test, Then Mike was put into Cryo Sleep so he could live on to tell the future world pre-war secret's and how to thrive and survive in the the new-world!
