Adds several features to the trailer at Lone wolf radio.

-Campfire.
-Workbench.
-Reloading Bench.
-Water valve.
-Radio tuned to the New Vegas station.
-Outhouse.
-Some chairs.

-The wasteland survival skillbook remains in the trailer.
This mod contains only vanilla assets.
